WOW indeed!! Time has really flown by so fast - so quickly in fact, it's been nearly 3 months since my last post!! *_*
I have to sincerely apologise for the lack of updates on here .. i've found that i've been writing more and more on my Twitter and less on this blog - for some reason i cannot fathom, maybe because it's more convenient and quicker to "Tweet" lol .. So guys, if you have been missing my messages or just my stupid rambling ons, follow me!! ...

As for my work/latest news, i have a "My Schedule" blog ... (many thanks to Carmen for keeping this constantly updated^^)

Right now, im in the process of plugging and promoting my second single - the song is titled '極' (Extreme)!! Radio airplay should start this week, which means hopefully more radio interviews and live shows!! :)
I really love the composition and style of this song and i hope you guys do too - it's something that me and my producer (HUGE shout out to Hanjin!!) carefully decided to put out, as HK is seriously in need of reputable dance/club anthems!!
Pls be on the look out for the song - EXTREME love to you all ;)

So i can say it's been a pretty busy past week for me..!

Was in Seoul, Korea the weekend just gone...i LOVE that place so much!!! ATE and ATE and ATE so much haha...i gotta say, i never get tired of korean bbq :)
Actually there was a purpose behind the whole trip, which was to locate this korean commercial song that i will be doing a cover of...more details of that once i get in the recording studio!! :P
HIGHLIGHT OF THE TRIP - Going to the PCD concert!! haha...though im sure you guys know cos i tweeted it b4...they were awesome as expected..amazing performers..!!!

Since coming back, i've been doing a lot of radio promotions - ive now been on all major broadcasting channels, and these interviews are actually kinda fun...bit of a laugh and not so serious, and it's always nice to meet the guys you always hear on air..!

So since the completion of the MV, i've been on a mini-promo tour for the new single...
been on several radio shows - catch me again on the RTHK website :) - as well as a few newspaper/mag interviews.

I'm now a new joining member of the YES! School Tour '09. First show was yesterday, and it went by pretty fast !!!! ..haha.. check out future dates on my "Work Blog", i may be appearing at a school near you ;)

I also had the HUGE honour of being invited to watch a Kelly Clarkson unplugged showcase yesterday. I believe it's her first appearance here in hk, and also she mentioned on stage, her first time doing accoustic/unplugged renditions of her songs - she was sooooo freakin' amazing!!!!! That voice is an absolute gift - awesome talent, and an awesome Idol indeed. I've always liked her song "Because of You" - the meaning behind the lyrics and her personal story that goes with it makes it that extra special....hearing and watching her perform a version of it live, was pretty out of this world - definitely buy her new album All I Ever Wanted guys, it's absolutely worth it!!!!!

同窗密友 MV shoot

I'm glad to annouce the official title of my first release - 同窗密友 !!! (slight change from the name before :p)

So last week i shot the MV for it..woke up at 5am for preparations and on location at 7am to begin the shoot - haven't started that early for a long while!! but the adrenaline and the excitement definitely kept me going for the rest of the day..haha..!

The MV will be a story-type video set at a university - the library looked amazing and colourful on film...all in all i cannot wait for you guys to see it!!!! :)
Many thanks to the crew, director Benny Lau, all the cast, make-up and everyone who helped with the location setting of the MV - i know a lot of effort was put into making this video as best as possible - the whole shoot lasted 16 hours straight, so thank u guys dearly - im filled with so much anticiption right now, looking forward to seeing the end results! :)

I've started radio promotions today and actually went to my first live radio interview @ RTHK2 for Made in Hong Kong - catch me on more radio airtime in the coming week!!! Thx to everyone who waited so patiently outside in the heat for me afterwards too..i know some of you are on summer break already and are waiting for exam results - best of luck! don't worry too much, and do try to enjoy the sunshine outside during the holidays! x

so i hope you all are enjoying the weather as much as i am!!! :)

im lovin' the fact that during the daytime it's sunny+breezy and then at night things cool down so that there's a slight chill in the air...i know i know, this type of weather will never last long in hk ...but im crossing my fingers, that it will stick for some time! plsss humid heat wave don't come soo soon!!! This is truly the feeling of the beginning of Summer....

So since my last update, i did my very FIRST emcee gig w/ Nespresso - boy was i sooo nervous. The client was extremely supportive and i really have to give them a huge THANK YOU - you guys rock - be sure to see more nespresso-ness in the future from me (you'll know what i mean later :) ) hehe..

WOW, it seriously has been a while since i've blogged about my whereabouts!!
i've been mostly tweeting (on Twitter!) as they call it these days ..lol
seems like a lot of people out there are catching up on this...it's becoming a bit of an addictive craze!

This month of march has been a mix of building and developing - i've been going into the dance & recording studios a lot more...working with my teachers and producers - every lesson is such an experience and i definitely feel i learn something new everytime i step away from class.

I also have been attending a few events this march.

One was this MAC crossover Hello Kitty makeup launch event - it was interesting indeed as the layout and theme of the entire event was dark & mysterious with a touch of hot pink from hello kitty of course! I felt it was very punk rock glam and the turnout in numbers was pretty awesome with the whole place packed full of people!
One special gift i received was this limited edition kitty - very rare indeed!

I was also fortunate to get an invite to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Adidas this year - happy birthday sole n' stripes!!!!

Im currently busy in and out of the recording studio - im glad to say that the first song has been decided and i am very excited about you guys hearing it soon!!! Many thanks to my amazing producer Ronald 伍樂城 and lyricist 林若寧 - i am so fortunate to have such incredible talents working with me for my first EP :) i won't say much until the song is released out in radio - but the idea for the theme and video should be pretty cool ;) the song name is 同居同學 - be sure to look out for it soon!!!!

my laptop has decided to shutdown on me...urgh...it's been difficult accessing the net but luckily i got my hands on a spare computer, so i'll be using this until my own one is fixed!

I really wanna say thx to everyone that attended the mini-gathering on sat ... it was indeed a very speacial day for me (hope for u guys too :P), and i really hope you all had as much fun as i did ... chatting to some of you guys and knowing more about your characters was such a cool experience, one i am so grateful for ... Time for me to update again guys! I hope everyone is well..!
Currently i'm abroad in China right now...in an area called Huaiji and will be heading to Guilin within the next few days!
I'm here with a few family members - we're basically out here on a visiting trip to see a rural school that my late grandfather helped fund to build.
The province we are in isn't very well off hence many families cannot afford a simple education for their youngsters - the school aims to change this by providing the necessary amenities and equipment for all those in need.
On a personal level, this is a very meaningful trip for me.
It is an opportunity to see the results of my grandfather's charitable efforts, and more importantly a chance to witness the impact the school has had on the people in the area. I really do hope this good cause is creating benefits for all those involved.
Children really do deserve a proper education, even if it's just basic - this is one of my grandfather's beliefs, so the hard work and contributions must continue!

I will be posting pics from my trip soon! I hear Guilin has some amazing scenic views..looking forward to seeing them with my own eyes!

I also recently shot a wedding catalog commercial for 芝柏 - here's me on my camera phone in the dressing room when i was bored..haha..i actually felt like it was my own wedding on the day haha - never worn such a white suit before! :P

So last week i got to see my ALL TIME IDOL on stage..lets just say i had to pinch myself roughly a hundred times throughout the night, because i couldn't believe i was standing so close to her!!! The whole experience was just SURREAL - met up to all my expectations. The songs invoked so many memories - i'm so glad ms. carey sang most of her classics from the 90s...i took the above video from my camera phone - AARGH! AMAZING!

the show is over and the curtains are down...the grand scale of the production tonight really did the show justice - what an amazing finish...what a way to celebrate and to applaud everyone's hard work in this drama.

I write this as it approaches 5am over here - just returned from the live show..im still overwhelmed and in awe by the finale i just witnessed. Never in my mind had i ever imagined being involved in a drama quite like this one...and for this to be my first experience, i feel truly blessed and honoured. thanks to my producer, thanks to all the script-writers, directors, crew and thanks to my family...中仔 will always forever remain in my heart...

hope you guys enjoyed the show just as much as we enjoyed filming it - this chapter is closed and one i will never forget....

I hope everyone is enjoying the Olympics!!
The opening ceremony left me totally breathless - i was speechless throughout the whole performance, everyone involved accomplished such an amazing job! What a way to kick off this year's games and what a way to make us all Chinese proud of our heritage :)

I've been busy doing a few things recently - mostly organising magazine interviews (pls be on the lookout for me in some mags ;p), carrying on my singing lessons and also busy with MR promotional activities...
On Sunday i was part of the cheerleading team supporting my brother and sister in this game show called Identity 亮相...i was so ecstatic that they won the top prize!!!! And i must say, the new game show hosts, Summy and Siu Yee are doing such a fantastic job in their new roles! Keep up the good work! ;p

MR cast and crew had another celebratory press lunch this week - i am so so thrilled that the response has been so great...i hear last week's ratings peaked over the 40 points mark (2.3 million viewers in HK! yikes!)..the support is so overwhelming and the success is really down to you guys, so Thank You again....i promise the series will get better and better as it progresses so please keep watching!

Im off on another trip this weekend - will post pics of my travels on here later ;)

So first and second round of promotions for MR have been completed with much success I'm glad to say.

First one at the bakery was so packed and crowded, it was rather surprising that the place filled so many people! Thanks to those who waited in the outside heat for so long! I know you guys were there for 3 hours or more - pls guys take it easy and remember to always look after yourselves though ^^ Thanks to yuen also for your present :)

I've just actually returned from the second one which was at Discovery Park in Tsuen Wan - Was so happy to see so many enthusiastic people and i managed to see all the banners and signs!! I really cannot thank you guys enough for the support...

If it's possible i hope to spend more time to chat/take pictures with you all at the next function - i thought today was rather rushed. I will try and spot you all next time - if possible, i hope you guys can manage to group together...but i know that can be tough!;p

This wonderful cast, this wonderful family, has made the entire filming process so gratifying.
I pinch myself everyday for having the opportunity to work and act with such great peers - my brothers & sisters deserve an enormous thank you - thx for always looking out for me, for all the advice and for all the private moments we shared when it was much needed ;)

So this is it, my first posting @ my blog!
It's actually been an ambition of mine to have a long-running updated blog - it's pretty bare right now to say the least, but hopefully with time the layout and details will look a lot different to as it is now :)

First and foremost - i would like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE
- to all the supporters that i have had the pleasure of meeting in person (thank you all for your kind words), to everyone that have left their best wishes online either on facebook (thx to janice and jacqueline for starting the groups) /forums (thx to the fans for starting the forums - i haven't had the chance to speak to you guys yet but i hope to do so one day :) ), to the people that have left messages on Louisa's blog - your letters of encouragement have seriously meant a great deal to me, to all the youtubers that have published my videos, and i guess in general to EVERYONE that is reading this right now....thank u from the bottom of my heart.

The experiences i have had in these past few months have definitely been the most exciting, breath-taking and overwhelming in my life thus far...it's all new to me as much as i am new to everyone else in the public...it's the beginning of a long long journey (i hope! and i say this with compassion and humility)..but I am glad to be able to share this part of my life with you all. I hope with this blog, we could all share something too - so please do not hesitate to leave your comments/messages - be it happy/sad/amusing/delightful/opinionated...as long as they are true to the heart.
I look forward to taking this progressive journey together :)
So, here's to new beginnings...and LET'S ENJOY THE RIDE!
